	How come you guys are so darn good? You have no competition. What exactly is a "Full Service VideoTape"? Is that obscene? Hey, I ordered a video at --- horse trials and it didn't have dressage. What's up with that? I really don't want to see my dressage. Is there a way I can just get cross-country? How come my five minute cross-country costs more than my six minute dressage test? I'm going back to England right after Rolex. Can I get my tape in the European formats? Before you ask, we have no videos available before the year 2000. Why does my tape have me falling in the water and I don't remember it? How do I contact Customer Service? How come you guys are so darn good? You have no competition. Oh boy. You wouldn't believe how often we get asked that one -- Sometimes we can't even believe it. The secret is in the thirteen years of experience in this crazy sport, the building of relationships with the competitors and our understanding of the technical end of the video business. We know that if our tapes aren't good you won't buy them next time. In a niche market like this the tapes better be good or we're out of business. We're also a state of the art digital post house, a 48 track audio recording studio and function as special effects artists for music videos, film and television in another life. That is to say, if you want to carry a light sabre and fight Darth Maul and/or Vader on your next cross country go, we can do it for quite a substantial extra fee. Back to Top What exactly is a "Full Service VideoTape"? Is that obscene? Hardly -- It's obscene only in the context that it's so darn good it transcends traditional definitions. Our full service videos usually contain dressage, cross-country, stadium, a musical intro, scores and any awards that apply to you. Some shows we can't cover all off the dressage if cross-country conflicts so read the order forms carefully (see below). Three-Day videos also contain both jogs, steeplechase and expanded cross-country coverage. Back to Top *Hey, I ordered a video at --- horse trials and it didn't have dressage.* What's up with that? -- Often if dressage or a certain divisions of dressage conflict with cross-country we will bypass them. Usually there will be a ten to fifteen dollar discount on those tapes. Back to Top I really don't want to see my dressage. Is there a way I can just get cross-country? *Yes --* You can get any portion or portions you want. Back to Top *How come my five minute cross-country costs more than my six minute dressage test?* Because your dressage test was shot by one person, your cross-country was shot by five or six. Remember, if we receive word that there is a problem with the quality of a video soon after you receive it we can fix the problem, two years later we can't.
