R.N.S. Videomedia
was originally founded 1852 in the peaceful fishing village of Ursquania
(West Slavic, rhymes with headlice) to follow the now legendary
Ursuanian yak racing team, R.N.S. Videomedia soon became the official
video company of the National Yak Racing Team.
Emigrating to the U.S. in 1870 after the great doorstop famine,
R.N.S. quickly set up shop in their new home, New York City.
First covering a popular immigrant sport in which organ grinder
monkeys rode greyhounds for quarters and moving on to the lesser
known extreme hobby of wolf slapping,

the young company soon realized that
New York was not the city for them and , following the advice of Horace
Greeley, they voted democratic-twice. Sometime later they moved west.

In the sleepy suburbs of Chicago, R.N.S. found a new home. But we
skip ahead now to the late 1980's (no space here for R.N.S. role in
the world wars, the civil rights movement, the collapse of the Soviet
Union etc.) when R.N.S. was still looking for a niche. |
 |
And then, realizing that there were hundreds if not thousands of
little blonde boys and girls with pony tails who were not being
videotaped at three day events nationwide, R.N.S. found a home.
Initially living on the road and covering nearly fifty shows on
the event circuit a year, R.N.S. quickly became sane and cut back
on that schedule drastically. Our current schedule plans to visit
the major three day events and horse trials in North America.
